Using The Pen Feature

The pen is a neat tool that you can use while in your presentation. You can draw on your slide for effect. You can write on your slide. To activate and use the pen follow these steps:
1.While in the slide show mode either right click on the slide and choose Pointer Options and then pen or you can click on the icon on the bottom left of the screen and choose Pointer Options and then pen. You can also use the keyboard command of Control +P to activate the pen and Control + A will bring the arrow back.
2.You can then draw on the slide.
3.To chance the pen color right click on the slide and choose Pointer Options then pen color and click on the color of your choice.
4.To erase the pen from the slide while in the slide show view hit E on the keyboard and it will erase the pen.
