Inserting Slides from Another PowerPoint Presentation

1. From the Insert menu, select Slides From Files.

2. In the window that pops up, click Browse and select the presentation from which you want to insert the slides.

Check the box next to Keep Source Formatting if you want to retain the slide's original design.

3. Click the slide you want to insert. Control+Click each desired slide if you would like to select multiple slides.

4. Click Insert. You can also click Insert All to insert all the available slides in that presentation.

5. Click Close.
