I typed in my e-mail account user name and password but my account still doesn't work.

Solution:
Your password and user name may be case sensitive, depending upon the specifications of your Internet service provider (ISP). Check that you entered the correct user name, and password, or e-mail server name.

How?
1.On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
2.Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
3.Click the e-mail account you want to view, and then click Change.
4.Make sure that the settings you see match the information you received from your Internet service provider (ISP) or administrator.

5.If necessary, make your changes in the appropriate boxes. If you want to change additional settings, click More Settings. Otherwise, click Next.

6.Click Finish.
