Moving between PowerPoint 2002 and PowerPoint 97-2002 & 95 Presentation

Solution: If you are creating a presentation with PowerPoint 2002 that may need to also run on PowerPoint 97-2002 & 95 Presentation, save the presentation as a PowerPoint 97-2002 & 95 Presentation file. It is also recommended that you give the file a different name when you are saving from PowerPoint 2002 to PowerPoint 97-2002 & 95 Presentation. WARNING: If you do this, be sure to test the presentation because your colors may be changed. 1.In PowerPoint 2002, from the File menu, select Save As... The Save As dialog box appears. 2.Verify that the presentation will be saved to the correct location 3.In the File name text box, type a name different from the name of the PowerPoint 2002 file 4.From the Save as type pull-down list, select PowerPoint 97-2002 & 95 Presentation (*.ppt) 5.Click SAVE | |
