Print in Pure Black and White mode

Solution: When you view and print in this mode, objects have no fills, and so your text is not obscured. Note Exceptions to this rule are bitmaps, clip art, and charts, which continue to show in grayscale even in Pure Black and White view and print mode. 1..On the View menu, point to Color/Grayscale, and then click Pure Black and White. Doing this ensures that what you see onscreen looks the same as the printed presentation. 2.Click Print on the File menu, and then, in the Print dialog box, click Pure Black and White in the Color/Grayscale list. Lighten the fill of individual objects Be aware that when you select this option, your object may not look as you expect it to, and may appear different from other objects that have the same original fill. 1.On the View menu, point to Color/Grayscale, and then click Grayscale. 2.Right-click the object whose fill you want to lighten, point to Grayscale Setting on the shortcut menu, and then click Light Grayscale. Tip To make the same change to multiple items in one operation, hold down SHIFT while you click each of the items to select them all. Release the SHIFT key, right-click any one of the selected items, and then click the option that you want on the shortcut menu. | |
