When emailing a document, the following vague error message appears:

Solution: If your email client (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) uses MAPI (Messaging Application Programming Interface) technology and you see this error, try launching your email program while Word is running and send the document from Word again. Microsoft also recommends saving the document you are trying to email, closing and restarting Word, opening the saved document, and making another attempt to email it. | |
