How can I turn off automatic text corrections?

Solution: 1.On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options, and then click the AutoCorrect tab. 2.Do one or more of the following: To turn off the capitalization options, clear the check boxes (second through sixth) relating to capitalization. To turn off corrections to misspellings or typos, clear the Replace text as you type check box. To turn off formatting corrections, on the AutoFormat As You Type tab, clear the check boxes for types of automatic formatting you don't want. This includes automatic hyperlinks, dashes, symbols, and other options. | |
