Solution: 1.Highlight the range of cells 2.Data/Validation Setting ---Allow – Decimal Da ta – Between Minimum – 0 Maximum – 10 3.Import message – Add message, title can be blank 4.Error Alert Style - Stop Error Message – Type your message Tools/Protection/Protect sheet ---- will not allow to change (don’t need to add a passwd) | |
