Automatically select whole words

Solution:

When you select this option, Microsoft PowerPoint automatically selects a whole word and the space after it so you don't have to drag over every character.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Edit tab.
2. Select the When selecting, automatically select entire word check box.
