Posted by - NA - on 17 April 2006 07:12 AM
Solution:

1. Switch to print layout view (print layout view: A view of a document or other object as it will appear when you print it. For example, items such as headers, footnotes, columns, and text boxes appear in their actual positions.).
2. Select the paragraphs for which you want to skip line numbers.
3. On the Format menu, click Paragraph, and then click the Line and Page Breaks tab.
4. Select the Suppress line numbers check box.
