My Web presentation looks different on another computer

Solution:

Video resolution settings

Video resolution (resolution: The fineness of detail in an image or text produced by a monitor or printer.) refers to the size of the elements displayed on the screen in relation to the size of the screen itself. Specified screen size can affect the size and layout of images on a Web page, as well as the image of gradient page backgrounds. Also, at differing resolutions graphics and text may wrap differently.

To adjust the screen size settings on a computer:

1. In PowerPoint, click Options on the Tools menu.
2. Click the General tab, and then click Web Options.
3. Click the Pictures tab.
4. Under Target monitor, select a screen size in the Screen size box.

Note: The screen resolution options available on each computer depend on that computer's monitor and video adapter.

To learn more about changing screen settings, see Microsoft Windows Help. (On the Windows Start menu, click Help and Support.)
