I can't view the control panel, all I get is a blank page with nothing on it!?

| There are two possible causes for this problem. First is if you are using a firewall on your computer that has port 8443 blocked. You will need to adjust your firewall to open port 8443. Second is if you are using a Mac computer with OS9 and running Microsoft's Internet Explorer. There is a glitch in the combination of OS9 and IE that it simply will not work. You will need to upgrade your OS or change web browsers. | |
