You can do a tracert (traceroute command) [/start/run/command/tracert 'telco'-ss.dagupan.com] Please substitute 'telco' with either info, globe, etpi or digitel.

For example:

c:/> tracert digitel-ss.dagupan.com
Tracing route to globe-ss.dagupan.com [203.177.3.42]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 1 ms 2 ms 2 ms fa-0-1-7206a-dagupan.dagupan.com [202.91.161.254]
2 11 ms 10 ms 12 ms serial-2-0-3640a-caloocan.dagupan.com [202.91.161.90]
3 26 ms 18 ms 19 ms tantrapeer_bayantel.bitstop.ph [202.91.161.102]
4 21 ms 12 ms 17 ms 202.78.121.3
5 28 ms 23 ms 14 ms 202.78.121.25
6 61 ms 43 ms 64 ms manda-foundry-sisx2.globenet.com.ph [203.177.59.5]
7 42 ms 78 ms 23 ms 203.177.31.37

If you send the tracert results to us via e-mail, it will help us identify where your bottleneck is, and we can work with your ISP to solve this. Send the email to media@bitstop.ph. Please email a copy (CC) to your ISP as well, so our reply e-mail will include them in it. We find this can speed things up a bit.
