You can do a tracert (traceroute command) [/start/run/command/tracert 'telco'] Please substitute 'telco' with either info, globe, etpi or digitel.

For example:

c:/> tracert
Tracing route to []
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 1 ms 2 ms 2 ms []
2 11 ms 10 ms 12 ms []
3 26 ms 18 ms 19 ms []
4 21 ms 12 ms 17 ms
5 28 ms 23 ms 14 ms
6 61 ms 43 ms 64 ms []
7 42 ms 78 ms 23 ms

If you send the tracert results to us via e-mail, it will help us identify where your bottleneck is, and we can work with your ISP to solve this. Send the email to Please email a copy (CC) to your ISP as well, so our reply e-mail will include them in it. We find this can speed things up a bit.
