Solution: It is very easy to make a perfect circle, square, or any other shape in PowerPoint, Word, or Excel. All you need to do is click the object button (Oval, Rectangle) in the Drawing toolbar. Then hold down the Shift key while you draw the circle. If you select the Oval tool, you'll get a perfect circle. If you select the Rectangle tool, you'll get a perfect square. If you click the Line tool and then hold down Shift while you draw, you'll get a perfectly straight line. The same technique works with AutoShapes. | |
