AutoCorrect In PowerPoint

Solution: When you often use the same words in your PowerPoint slides, why not take advantage of AutoCorrect to speed up your work? For example, if you work for Wonderful World of Disney, you could enter www into AutoCorrect and let PowerPoint type in Wonderful World of Disaney whenever you type wwd. To do this, choose Tools/AutoCorrect. Into the 'Replace' entry box, type wwd (for our example) and then type Wonderful World of Disney into the 'With' entry box. Finally, click Add, then OK. Now if you type in wwd, you'll get your company name as soon as you press Space, or any punctuation mark. | |
