Print your PowerPoint 2000 presentation with lines for notes

Solution: Make it easy for your audience to follow and remember your next PowerPoint® 2000 presentation. Supply them with a handout of your presentation, complete with lines on which they can take notes. To print lines for audience notes: 1. On the File menu, click Print. 2. In the Print what box, select Handouts. 3. In the Handouts box , select 3 in the Slides per page box. Selecting three slides per page will automatically print lines on the side of the page for your audience to make notes during your presentation. | |
