Change an AutoCorrect entry

Solution:

1. On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options, and then click the AutoCorrect tab.
2. Do one of the following:

Change the misspelled entry

1. In the list of entries, click the row with the entry you want to change.
2. Click Delete.
The old entry is now highlighted in the Replace box.
3. Type the new entry in the Replace box.
4. Click Add.

Change the correctly spelled entry

1. In the list of entries, click the row with the entry you want to change.
2. In the With box, select the old entry and type the new one over it.
3. Click Replace.
In the message box that asks if you want to redefine this entry, click Yes.
