The “Disable Features Not Supported by Word 97" option does not work in the Japanese version of Word 2000

Solution: Follow these steps before you save your document: 1. On the Tools menu, click Options. 2. On the Save tab, click to clear the Disable features not supported by Word 97 check box. Then click OK. 3. On the Tools menu, click Options. 4. On the Save tab, click to select the Disable features not supported by Word 97 check box. Then click OK. | |
