When you try to open a file, the following error message appears: "Word cannot open this file.

Solution: The file you are trying to display was saved using 128-bit encryption (code replacing the original contents of a file to prevent others from accessing them), and your computer does not have strong enough decryption software (which translates encrypted data back into its original language) to decode the file. Download and install a version of the 128-bit High Encryption Pack that is compatible with your Web browser at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit. | |
